Charvi Empowerment Society (CES) is a Non-governmental Organization established in 2019. CES works in close with community and it is an innovative organization created to improve the quality of health, education, farmers, youth, and environment in India. Also, worked to increase the income of people through different livelihood programs.
CES is a social and committed community organization that works together with community and professionals to create lasting positive changes in human lives.
Since its inception, CES has worked extensively on topics such as Education & Skill Training, Agricultural, Women Empowerment, Livelihood, WASH, COVID 19, financial literacy etc. and has also made an impact on a large section of the community.

Rohini Singh is a Social Work Professional and Founder & President of Charvi Empowerment Society. She is having 15 years of professional experience in Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, Livelihood, Training and leading Community Related Projects. She has been worked with Gramin Vikas Trust (GVT), National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) & Family Planning Association of India (FPAI). She is well versed with Research & Survey work Like; Quantitative data collection (Household interviews, village interviews, Industrial interview & Agricultural Interview), Qualitative data collection (FGD’s, PRA techniques) and In-depth interviews, data analysis, project management & audit, high quality report making & presenting the report to the stakeholders (including Corporates & Government Bodies). She holds Masters' in Management, Masters' in Social work and Bachelors in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University.
Rohini Singh

A Master of Arts in Psychology with specialisation in Industrial and Child Development from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She started her career as a Lecturer in department of Psychology, Osmania University, Hyderabad. She is having around 43 years of progressive work experience in Monitoring & Evaluation. She has worked with Osmania University as Lecturer, India Fertility Research Programme - Hyderabad as Research Assistant, Indian Council of Medical Research - Genetic Research Centre -Bombay as Research Officer and with Family Planning Association of India as Project Coordinator, Consultant and Assistant Director and Director M&E.
She worked with the Family Planning Association of India (FPA India) where she worked extensively on community participation, adolescents and young people, and gender.
She has retired from FPA India as Director M&E.

He has Skilled in Strategic Planning, Technical Support, Program implementation, Rigorous Data Analysis, Program Evaluation, and Strategic Information. Strong community and social services professional with a Master’s Degree focused in Public Health Epidemiology from Indian Institute of Public Health.
Dr. Pradeep Sharma is a Neurosurgen with MBBS, MS in General Surgery (Gold Medalist) and MCh in Neurosurgery. He has been working in the Health sector and Social sector for more than 10 years. He has extensive experience working as a Public Health Practitioner focusing on developing and implementing various innovative community-based accountability processes for ensuring communitization and democratization of Public Health Systems and policies in India.
